Electric Solar Slewing Drive Description
The electric solar slewing drive tracking system is a mechanical and electronic control unit system that optimizes the use of sunlight in photothermal and photovoltaic power generation to achieve improved photoelectric conversion efficiency. It includes: slew drives, motors (DC, stepper, servo, planetary geared motors, push rod motors, etc.), worm gears, sensor systems, etc.

Working temperature range of worm gear drive: -40℃~+80℃.
The mechanical efficiency value provided by the worm gear drive pair is an average value or a reference value, which is suitable for good lubrication, and under rated torque and speed. The mechanical efficiency can be increased by increasing the sliding speed of the tooth surface, increasing the helix angle or increasing the roughness of the worm slope.
lubricating:
Before leaving the factory, corresponding grease is injected into the tooth surface, bearing and raceway of the rotary worm gear drive to ensure the normal operation of the worm gear and worm drive pair. Regular injection of grease is necessary to ensure that the added grease is fully compatible with the original grease.
