SLewing Drive Description
IP66 vertical mounted slew drives are specifically designed for solar tracking systems that require horizontal axis tracking. The precise rotation of the vertical slew drive allows the mechanism to track perfectly. This kind of vertical slewing ring drive is manufactured using the latest technology which incorporates hourglass mechanism.
The vertical slewing drive is generally installed perpendicular to the ground and is widely used in various photovoltaic power generation projects, such as trough power generation, flat single axis solar tracking system, tilted solar tracking system. PE (high precision VE) series slewing drive is with high precision, usually this model with enclosed housing, it can prevent dust and water from entering the inside. If customer intends to use solar panels,its can handle 18-30 ㎡ solar panels area.
